Nothing to Fear but Fear Itself

It's been about a week
since I've been discharged from the hospital,
and I'm still in pain.
Just a little bit.

Still,it's actually making
me afraid to do things that I enjoy doing.
Jogging,lifting weights,destroying
random strangers' properties,etc

This is no way to live!
But I can't help it.
Ah well.

Like it or not,I've
got to deal with it. Somehow.

Anyway,what is it with
women and success?
Why is it even news?
I mean,I can understand
if a woman found a cure for cancer
or something.
But becoming the manager of a bank? Entering university? Actually being able to drive properly?
Come on,people!

There's all this talk about discrimination
against women. Sure it exists and needs
to be addressed. But what about discrimination
against men?
It happens. A lot.
But does it get mentioned at all?
Well not in Singapore it doesn't.

For example, according to our laws,
Singaporean men do not have modesty.
In other words, anybody could just
molest a man and get away with it.
That's right. It's not a crime!

But flip the bird at a woman,
and you could get arrested.
Ahh, don't you just love equality?

And don't even get me started on
racial discrimination over here.
I'll continue some other time.
Right now,the pain is getting worse.


Well enough of that.
